Shipping Information

Please note that :

1. The registration will be processed once the payment has been made and when we receive the payment details (e.g: transaction reference number) or the payment slip.

2. All registration received will be processed in turn and membership card will be delivered to the customer from 3 to 7 working days.

3. It may take longer than 1 week if the registration were made during a long festive holiday season.

    (e.g: Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Raya Aidiladha, Chinese New Year and more).

4. The membership card will be delivered by PosLaju National Courier or Ninja Van.
